Subscription Cancellation

You may request cancellation before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically reverse charges for clinical services already completed or medication already sent to a pharmacy.

Prescription medication is personalized. Once an order has entered pharmacy preparation or shipped, it may not be cancelable or returnable except where required by law.
