Allmighty RX is working to make its healthcare services accessible to eligible individuals throughout the United States. Availability of specific treatments, medical consultations, and prescription fulfillment depends on applicable laws and the licensing and availability of our healthcare and pharmacy partners.
02 / Geographic Coverage
Nationwide access, state by state
Our goal is to make consultations and prescription fulfillment available to eligible individuals in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Coverage is confirmed at the start of each consultation, because the services that can be offered may differ based on where you live.
Some states place additional requirements on telehealth evaluations or on the medications that may be prescribed and dispensed. When a specific treatment is not available in your state, a licensed provider may be able to discuss alternatives that are permitted there.

Each state sets its own rules for telehealth and prescription fulfillment. What can be offered, and how, may differ from state to state.
PROVIDER LICENSING
Evaluations are performed by licensed healthcare providers. Availability depends on licensed provider coverage in your state.
PHARMACY COVERAGE
Prescriptions are fulfilled through partner pharmacies. Fulfillment options may vary based on pharmacy licensing and state requirements.
CLINICAL ELIGIBILITY
Any treatment is offered only when a licensed provider determines it may be clinically appropriate after evaluation. A consultation does not guarantee a prescription.

When a prescription is issued, it is sent to a partner pharmacy. Delivery options depend on your location and pharmacy coverage.
If a treatment you are interested in is not available in your state today, it does not necessarily mean it will be unavailable in the future. Coverage is reviewed continuously.
